This can be carried out at our showroom premises or by telephone

Prior to delivery of completed goods.

Balances paid by credit card will incur a 2% surcharge (not on deposits)

debit card payments are our desired payment method.

 We regret deposits are not refundable on specially ordered items of upholstery or special ordered fabrics.

 With the receipt of your deposit payment, approximately 30% of total order value, you fully accept the quotation or estimate and our full trading terms.

 Will be approximately (as estimated) approx 6/8 weeks from this date to delivery of your completed order, it is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the furniture items ordered will fit through your doorway openings,
